OWERMOIGNE FOOTBALL CLUB

nicknamed 'THE OWLS'

The Club was reformed in May 2007 after an absence of 70-years by a group of teenagers from the villages of Crossways, Owermoigne, Moreton and West Stafford, who initially got together on Saturday afternoons for a kick-about with their mates.  The interest was such that the lads decided to form their own football team and with the support of several enthusiastic adults opted to join the Dorset Football Saturday League for the start of the 2007/2008 season.

We have assembled a promising group of players together and have high hopes for the team for the season ahead of us in Division 4 of the Dorset Football Saturday League.  We are an ambitious club, but a friendly group of players and are always looking to recruit new players (age 16+) to strengthen our existing squad.  If you are interested in having a trial with the team, or want to find out more information about the club and its history, then please contact us
